Here, there are no fixed prices or packages. Prices are flexible and change depending on the season. You can be invited to stay, support or contribute in the way that feels right to you – based on your experience, your means, and your heart. This is our way of creating an open, inclusive space where everyone is welcome, regardless of financial means.

Stay with your family (max 10 persons) or with an executive delegation and book the entire house.
We offer two warm and serene accommodations: Serena and Rosa – each with private bathrooms and garden views. Ideal for slowing down, finding peace or simply being and having fun.

For me, BuonVivere—the art of living well—comes naturally, but it is something that can best be understood through experience. Wandering through ancient towns, strolling along vineyards, driving with my dog through rolling hills, or simply pausing in the pool at my estate to absorb the sound of cicadas – this is where you learn to embrace the present moment.
Here, I live an authentic simple life, tending my garden and welcoming my guests, while at the same time I cook clean food, I create a beautiful Instagram and dive into legal practices for clients.
You as my guest are up to experience real and genuine encounters with wild creatures in the surrounding nature: deer, wild boars and occasionally even wolves. The changing seasons, snow-covered winters, and long hot summer days create unforgettable memories. Staying here helps you understand why this region deserves to be part of the World Heritage List.
